Patrick Green currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of UF Health Jacksonville. Green has more than 25 years of experience in the health care industry.

Before joining UF, he served as executive vice president of Yale New Haven Health, and president and CEO of Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London, Connecticut, since 2017. Yale New Haven Health is the largest health system in the state of Connecticut, comprising 30,000 employees and 8,200 medical staff and generating $6 billion in net revenue.

Prior to joining Yale New Haven Health, Patrick served as interim president at Centura Health in Lakewood, Colorado, after holding roles as senior executive vice president and chief administrative officer, and as chief operating officer. Earlier in his career, he held roles as associate chief operating officer at Denver Health and worked at UW Medicine in Seattle.

Green is an accomplished healthcare executive with experience leading non-profit health systems and academic medical centers in complex markets.

Green, a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, earned a bachelor’s degree from Langston University in Langston, OK, and an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK.
