Will Condon serves as President & CEO of Ascension Sacred Heart. He has operational responsibilities for the health system’s four hospitals and their regional employed medical group.

As past President of Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart for five years, Condon oversaw the operations, continuous growth and development of the hospital and its pediatric service lines. He played a lead role in the opening of the new Studer Family Children’s Hospital in 2019, the region’s only hospital specializing in pediatric care. He was also responsible for the women’s service line at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola, which includes labor and delivery, postpartum and the regional perinatal center.

During his tenure, Condon grew the quality, clinical excellence, market differentiation and geographic reach of children’s specialty services and women’s care programs.

Prior to becoming the President of the Children’s Hospital, he served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Ascension Florida and Director of Operations for Ascension Sacred Heart.

Condon has served at Ascension Sacred Heart for 15 years. He began his career in the health system’s Marketing and Communications Department, focusing on promoting the growth of Ascension Medical Group, the Children’s Hospital and key services at Ascension Sacred Heart’s hospitals in Pensacola, Miramar Beach and Gulf County. He will continue to support Studer Family Children’s Hospital until a new children’s hospital president is named.

Born in Pensacola and a graduate of Pensacola Catholic High School, Condon earned a Bachelor of Communications and a Master of Healthcare Administration, both from the University of West Florida. He is a graduate of the Leadership Pensacola class of 2016. He currently serves on the Gulf Coast Kid’s House board and will serve as the board’s chair next year.

In 2015, Condon was named one of Pensacola’s Rising Stars by InWeekly and, in 2020, he was named Business Leader of the Year by the Pensacola Chamber’s PACE awards. He is a graduate of Ascension’s Executive Ministry Leadership Formation and Ascension’s Leadership Academy.

Will and his wife, Jamie, have two daughters, Adler and Smith.
